Do
you think if we try the same things just another one time we
might be able to save ourselves? Do you think that we might?
Do
you think if we could turn back clocks we'd do things differently? Do
you think maybe it's not too late? Do you think there's still
time?
We
have built a glass bubble home atop a rickety tower. The
wind blows. The tower groans but we ignore the signs. When
our glass bubble home topples and hurtles down in the tide your
life and my life are swept aside.
Do
you see now how the tide has turned? - how it's starting to rise? Do
you think we can just look away? Do we just close our eyes?
Do
you remember how carelessly and how fast that we burned? Do you think this
is now payback for all the things we've not learned?
We
have built a glass bubble home atop a rickety tower. The
wind blows. The tower groans but we ignore the signs. When
our glass bubble home topples and hurtles down in the tide your
life and my life are swept aside.
